Position: Korean System Support Specialist
Industry: Shared Services 공유 서비스
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City 올티가스, 파시그 시티
Salary: P 100,000 (Negotiable depending upon qualifications)
Work Schedule: Day shift 주간 근무

Requirements:
•Native Korean fluent in English 한국 국민
•Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any course 학사 학위 소지자 우대
•Knowledge in SAP or Salesforce is a plus
•With experience in administrative tasks, coordination and/or preparation of contracts, agreements and sales quotations
•Willing to work in Taguig City
• IT/ 기술 분야 경력자
• BPO/ CSR 경험이 있으신 분 우대

Responsibilities:
•Assist escalation team to attend to customer inquiries or to process invoices
•Communicate with internal or external customers
•Process invoices and prepare contracts and agreements
•Manage allocating engineers and technicians to clients in troubleshooting products
•Record and maintain data and records of customer requests
